Memorabid customer: shipping and payment

In all cases items are shipped to the client directly by Memorabid. This will be the case for items belonging to the “Memorabid Auctions” section, which have been photographed and are already stored in the Memorabid warehouse, but also for “Marketplace Auctions”, where the seller will send the item to our offices if the item has been won when the auction closes in order for our team to be able to carry out an evaluation of the item.

This process ensures that purchase is risk-free for the client and their money is held by Memorabid for 14 days after reception of the item to allow for the client to exercise their right of withdrawal pursuant to the law. 

Standard national shipping up to 3kg will cost 10 euros, inclusive of packaging. 

During checkout process buyers will have the chance to add to his chart our exclusive "MemoraBox" for 4,5 euros, he will receive his article in a special fully customized and sealed package, an exclusive case that adds value to the item that it contains.

The buyer will not have to pay any additional costs. 

Memorabid never charges a “buyer’s premium” or any other service fees to the client: the closing price of the lot will be exactly the amount that the winner will be expected to pay, plus shipping costs. 

Accepted payment methods

• Bank transfer: must be made within 24 hours after auction closing time
• Credit card: trough Stripe (https://stripe.com). Memorabid never store your credit card data or any infos, using an International and extra-safe online payment provider is the best way to respect your privacy and keep you safe.
• Paypal

The buyer has 48 hours to pay for the lot he won. If he will not proceed himself through the checkout within this time we will proceed ourself charging, thruough Stripe, his credit card for the total amount.

Shipments: timing

1. We make our best to ship a lot won through a "Memorabid Auction" within 5 days of receipt of payment.
2. Delivery timing for a lot won through a "Marketplace Auction" is longer as the lot must be delivered to our offices by the seller and then sent by us to the customer. Our sellers agreed to ship sold lots by express courier to us within 2 days from the payment sent by our customer

Our providers:

1. GLS cares about our shipments to Italy and Europe
2. Federal Express cares about our International shipments

Italy and UE shipping fees, GLS

International shipping fees, Federal Express.

Custom duty must be added to that fees, buyer can pay them directly to FedEx.

Is impossible to estimate this amount, it depends on nation and is related to object' value.
