Jorge Olguín began his professional career with the San Lorenzo de Almagro team, one of the most prominent in Argentina. Just a year later, he secured two titles: the Metropolitano and the Nacional.
In 1974, he clinched his third title with the Buenos Aires team, which also marked his final triumph with the club.
Olguín played for the national team 60 times and was part of the squad for the victorious 1978 World Cup.
